You can book either a free discovery call to discuss our body doubling or life admin service if you’re new here or even just jump right into a body session, using our booking calendar (no upfront payment required). You can opt to do your session via host phone or Google Meet. Click here to book🗓️

Have a think about what you may like to get done during your session 💡If you are having trouble, it’s ok, we can help you. We can also help you articulate and prioritise your to-do list.

Be ready at the scheduled session time. If you have chosen a video session, please make sure you click on the invite at the time of your session. If via phone, please have your phone ready to receive our call. Don’t worry, you will receive reminders 😊
Booking a session is a simple first step toward reducing overwhelm and creating practical momentum. Each session is tailored to your current capacity, priorities and goals, whether that is life admin, structured body doubling, digital organisation or ongoing virtual support.
We understand that starting something new can feel big, especially if you are neurodivergent, navigating burnout, or juggling complex responsibilities. Our sessions are designed to feel calm, supportive and structured, without pressure or judgement.
You do not need to have everything figured out before booking. Many clients arrive unsure where to start. Together, we identify what feels most urgent or heavy and break it into manageable steps.
Appointments are available for one-off support, short-term projects or ongoing weekly structure. After booking, you will receive clear next steps so you know exactly what to expect.
