Frequently Asked Questions

  • Body doubling is a support technique that helps people stay focused and follow through on tasks. It can be especially helpful for people with ADHD, autism, or executive functioning challenges. Having someone present, even virtually, can make it easier to get started, stay on task, and finish things. Click here for more information about body doubling.

  • Yes, if you are self-managed or plan managed, and your plan allows, you can use your NDIS funding to pay for our service.

    You can choose to have the invoice sent directly to your plan manager too.

  • You will be invoiced after your body doubling session, no upfront payment required. We invoice weekly on a Monday.

  • Please where possible, give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    For short notice cancellations (under 24 hours) you will be charged, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

  • We can accept payment via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

  • Our minimum session time is 30 minutes.

  • We are located in NSW, Australia.

  • We normally take clients from 28 years and over. However, if you have a child/teenager that requires body doubling we may be able to help. We have Working With Children Checks, Police Checks and the relevant qualifications. Please enquire using our contact form.
